Wedding season is the busiest stretch of my year for rentals, and after a few dozen of them there is a pattern to what comes up.
If you are planning a wedding at a property around the valley, this is worth five minutes.
What the venue will want to know
Where will it be parked and charged. Electric carts need an outlet somewhere sensible. Most properties are fine, but a remote field is not. Ask early.
Who is driving. Some venues have rules. Almost all of them would prefer it is not whoever has been at the bar since two in the afternoon, and honestly so would I.
Where it can and cannot go. Wet lawns, septic fields, new landscaping. Ask the venue for their no-go list and pass it on to whoever is driving.
What couples forget
Guest transport is not the main use. Everybody books a cart imagining shuttling grandma from the parking area, and that does happen. But the cart earns its keep on the Friday, hauling chairs, flowers, coolers, arch pieces and sound equipment across the property while everybody sets up.
That is why the four seaters get booked most. The rear bench folds flat into a cargo deck, so it carries people on Saturday and gear on Friday.
One cart is often not enough for a big property. If parking is a long way from the ceremony and you have older guests, two carts moving continuously beats one cart doing laps.
You need it longer than the wedding day. Setup day and teardown day. Book Friday to Sunday, not Saturday.
Booking timing
Be early. Genuinely. July and August Saturdays go months out, and there is one six seater in the fleet so that one goes first of all.

Delivery
I deliver across the valley. The fee covers the first twenty road miles from Kalispell with a per mile charge beyond that, and the trailer takes four carts per trip. If your venue is out past Bigfork or up toward Whitefish that is all routine.

The practical bit
Tell me the venue, the dates including setup, roughly how many guests and whether there is anyone who will struggle to walk the property. I will tell you what actually makes sense rather than the biggest order.
